OTTAWA—His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, presided over an investiture ceremony for the Order of Merit of the Police Forces, held at the Residence of the Governor General at the Citadelle of Québec, on Friday, October 4, 2013. The Governor General, who is chancellor of the Order, bestowed the honour on one Commander, nine Officers and thirteen Members.
