Gerry Foster named Stratford’s deputy chief of police
Following a 10-month appointment as Stratford’s acting police chief, Gerry Foster has been named as Stratford’s deputy chief of police.

Foster began as a military police officer with the Canadian Armed Forces in Trenton in 1990 before joining the Stratford Police Service as a constable in 1995. He was appointed as acting police chief in November 2017 when former Chief Mike Bellai retired.
